BIO: My Journey: From Medicine to Financial Empowerment for Canadian Physicians
A University of Toronto-trained family physician (BSc Biology ’87, MD ’91, Family Medicine Residency at Sunnybrook),

I’ve specialized in Sleep Medicine (Albert Einstein/Stanford, 2000) and Addiction Medicine (ASAM-certified, 2002/recertified 2012). For over a decade, I taught in U of T’s Department of Family and Community Medicine, earning Faculty Teaching Awards (2003, 2010).

Bridging medicine and business, I earned my MBA from Ivey Business School and built multiple healthcare companies,
achieving successful exits that generated significant returns. These experiences taught me the power of smart financial strategies firsthand.

Today, I’m passionate about empowering Canadian physicians as savvy consumers and investors. My vision: Every doctor
achieves lifelong financial stability—free from money worries—so you can focus on what you do best: healing patients and communities.
